Post-Pandemic Work Strategy Group
HR began conversations in January 2021 with departments across campus to understand what a long-term flexible work strategy could look like at UK. These conversations supported a need for a post-pandemic workforce strategy group, which began meeting in March 2021. This group expanded in May 2021 to include additional members of the UK community and form an implementation team that supports the ongoing evaluation of flexible work options at UK.
