Noncompliance Levels: Students
Disciplinary actions escalate depending on an individual’s total number of noncompliant periods from the full semester. So, for example, if a person has missed two tests out of the three required so far, they would be at Level 2 in terms of noncompliance. Missing another test this week would escalate them to Level 3. See levels of disciplinary actions below.
Disciplinary Actions for Unvaccinated Students Who Do Not Test:
- Level 1 (Noncompliant for the first time): A hold will be placed on your account, which prohibits access to things such as registering for classes. This hold will be removed when you become compliant again.
- Level 2 (Second total testing period of noncompliance): You will be denied future access to athletic events and/or prohibited from social activities.
- Level 3 (Third total testing period of noncompliance): A conduct meeting will be held, which will involve disciplinary holds, including a potential sanction of probation.
- Level 4 (Fourth total testing period of noncompliance): Another conduct meeting will be held. Potential sanctions can include suspension or revoking card access, among others.
